What does EveryLesson actually help me do?
It helps turn an existing lesson into an actionable co-teaching plan: identify a challenge, explore co-teaching approaches, clarify each adult’s role during the lesson, and consider adaptations that increase student access.
How does EveryLesson work with my HQIM?
EveryLesson starts with the lesson context you provide from your high-quality instructional materials. It helps you plan co-teaching approaches, adult roles, and supports for student access around that lesson’s goals and tasks. Your curriculum provides the instructional foundation, and you use your professional judgment to keep the plan aligned to its intent and rigor.
How is it different from a general AI chat tool?
EveryLesson is designed specifically for co-teaching. It guides you through a structured process built around your lesson, available adults, planning time, and instructional challenge. It offers options and asks for your input along the way.
Will it work with the way my co-teaching looks?
That’s the goal. You describe who will be in the room and for how long. EveryLesson uses that context to recommend roles and structures that fit your actual team, even when adult availability varies.
Do my co-teacher and I still make the decisions?
Yes. EveryLesson supports your professional judgment. You review options, make choices, and use those choices to shape the plan.
How much planning time will it take?
The design target is 10 minutes or less to work through the tool and generate a usable co-teaching plan. That is a goal being tested during the pilot, not a guaranteed completion time. Your feedback will help the team understand what needs to improve.
What if I can’t attend a live focus group?
A written or voice-memo feedback option will be available if you cannot attend a live 45-minute focus group in November or early December.
What do I need to check before applying?
Review your school or district’s AI use policy. The application asks you to confirm that participating does not conflict with that policy, or that no such policy applies to your participation.
What does the application ask about?
Your role, school or partner site, grade band, content areas, curriculum and digital access, teaching and co-teaching experience, planning time, and availability for pilot feedback. It also asks whether you can commit to the requirements.
How do I qualify for the $100 gift card?
Complete all pilot requirements: a pre-survey, at least three lessons planned with EveryLesson, a post-survey, and one focus group or the available asynchronous feedback alternative.
